Before you start

1. Login to WorkflowHub
2. Make sure you have joined a team
3. Identify your workflow type (e.g. CWL, NextFlow, Snakemake, Galaxy)
4. Prepare your files!
5. A workflow file, URL or RO-Crate is mandatory.
6. The abstract CWL and diagram are optional.
7. Make sure that the uploaded or referenced files do not contain spaces in the filename.
8. Prepare your metadata
